Alan Chandler BA - Director & Company Secretary
Alan joined the company in 1993 as a Property Manager and was appointed a Director in 2005.
He has a degree in Economics, studied Law and worked previously as a Teacher.
Alan is the senior Property Manager and Company Secretary.
Charles Lindon - Director
Charles joined the company in 1967 and worked his way up, until buying the company in 1996.
He has connections with the Daw family and worked previously on the Stock Exchange.
He acts as Company Secretary for many of our clients and handles legal and management issues.
Chris Anderson BSc
Chris joined the Company in 2003 as an Accounts Assistant.
He has a degree in Management with Accounting.
He became a Property Manager in 2005 and is also responsible for new client enquiries.
Mark Chelvan - Stanmore
Mark joined the Company in 2006 as Property Manager.
He has worked in residential letting and property management since 1994.
Mark manages properties in Bloomsbury and Farringdon in addition to those in Kensington.
Douglas da Costa MA
Douglas joined the company in 2007 as a Property Manager.
He has a degree in Politics and has previously worked in the Civil Service and the legal profession.
In addition to managing his Property Portfolio, he is responsible for processing insurance claims.
Surveying
Michael Holland BSc - Director
Michael joined the company in 1999 as a Surveyor and was appointed a Director in 2007.
He has a degree in Building Surveying and worked previously in property companies.
Michael is responsible for the management of all major internal & external refurbishments.
Neil Garrett ACIOB
Neil joined the company in 1996 as a Surveyor.
He has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years.
Neil is responsible for the management of Licences to Alter and is a Surveyor for minor works.
Accounting
David Beasley - Director
David joined the company in 2004 as an Accountant and was appointed a Director in 2007.
He has worked in accounting since 1995.
David assists external auditors for year-end accounts and accounts of our major clients.
Glenville Ferdinands
Glenville joined the Company in 2000 with responsibility for the accounts department.
He has worked in accounting since 1965.
Glenville is responsible for the insurance renewals for all of our client’s properties.
Marek Pinkowicz MAAT
Marek joined the Company in 2005 as an Accounts Assistant.
He worked for Local Government in Poland and Accountants in London since 1997.
Marek is responsible for maintaining the financial records of our clients.
Philip Cao BSc & MSc
Philip joined the company in 1997 as an administrator.
He was previously studying and has a degree and a Masters in Maths.
Philip works as our office administrator. |
