  • Managing the quality of work and the control of costs.
  • Liaising with other professional consultants.

  • Collection of ground rents and service charges.
  • Paying invoices relating to the property.
  • Preparing periodic financial reports to meet the client’s requirements.
  • Liaising with independent auditors.

  • Arrange insurances to meet the client’s needs; buildings, lifts, boilers, public and employer’s liability, director’s liability, legal and professional indemnity and terrorism cover.
