Accounting - General Book-keeping.
- Collection of ground rents and service charges.
- Paying invoices relating to the property.
- Preparing periodic financial reports to meet the client’s requirements.
- Liaising with independent auditors.
Insurance Services - CA Daw & Son (Insurance Services) Ltd - Arrange insurances to meet the client’s needs; buildings, lifts, boilers, public and employer’s liability, director’s liability, legal and professional indemnity and terrorism cover.
