You may be asked for payment at the time, but if the problem is a service charge cost you will be reimbursed by the Landlord. However, you will be responsible for the cost if the problem is within the demise of your own property.
Please note that premium rates may apply on evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays - you should first check with the contractor to confirm the call-out charge and hourly rate before engaging their services.
